Hey guys. So I haven't actually done this overclocking manually, as I'm not entirely sure how everything works and to do it safely. But I have an Asus Sabertooth motherboard, and there's an option on there that just does it overclocks it all for you, to a stable point so I just done it that way.

so my ram (Kingston HyperX blu) went from 1333mhz to like 1378mhz
and my 3570k went to 4.5 Ghz and voltage is 1.392v - 1.400v when I check using the program CPU-Z.

Is that normal? I have a feeling that voltage it a little high. Although I'm having no problems but, just making sure.

what temps @ 4.5?
have you tried reducing the voltage slowly? I think it is a high voltage, mine at 4.3 is about 0.2V lower? but then I have it on -0.005V offset.
Manually is easier, increase multipler, leave RAM alone, test for stability and temp, reduce voltage test again. Increase multiplier test etc. 4.5 is a very high OC on air, you've either got a lucky chip or a hot chip.

Just installing stuff right now so can't check, but will do in a bit. otherwise I ain't tried to go higher on the clock. I can see where you do it, you just type 45 = 4.5ghz, and 46 = 4.6ghz, so what do I do, just type 46 and if it dont force restart it's all good?
