Question Overclocking the i7 870

So i today decided to overclock my i7 870 to 4ghz and im wondeering whats some good temps.
Currently i do around 40-45 idle and 80 under 100% load. should i turn up my fans or should i just underclock a bit?

From what I recall you don't want to go much over 80 on those chips, or they will start to throttle. What were you stressing/loading it with?

I was doing Cinabench 20 so it pushed it hard af and nothing i think il see while casualy gaming

That's probably more load than most games would push it (depending on your video card as that CPU is aging) so you should be ok.
