I installed two sticks into the motherboard i.e. intel i3 2100. (Which supports max 1333 mhz of ram speed.)

1. Hyperx fury 8 gb ddr3 @1800 mhz with latency 8 8 8 24 @ 1.5 v.

2. Apacer 4 gb ddr3 @ 1600 mhz with latency 9 9 9 24 @ 1.5 v.

In bios it is showing Total 12 gb of ram @ 1333mhz with latency 9 9 9 24.

My question is can i overclock ? As i cant increase frequenct because my mobo supports only 1333 mhz max speed. Im thinking to overclock latency and voltage. So can i bump the latency from 9 9 9 24 to 8 8 8 22 ??? If yes then tell me how much i have to increase the voltages ? (Current is 1.5 v. )Thanks.

Just try 1.55v and start by only lowering the first number. It's the latency and will make the biggest improvement. From that point it's kind of trial and error. I wouldn't go past 1.55v to get it stable as even if you get it to run at 7-8-8-21 or something you won't notice much difference

I did what you said but it only ceeated a chaos.
I changed cl to 8 and voltage to 1.55 and hit exit. My pc would not boot up. The only things i m left with are three constant beeps. After one hour of struggle, replacing cmos battery there was no luck. I came to my mobo manual and then i switched the jumper from 1 2 to 2 3 then it asked me to confogure bios and i got my pc turned on by resetting bios to default.
