I will buy a new intel core i7 4790k, ASUS Z97-P and will use them with my ASUS GTX 760 2 GB DDR5 and 550 watt Cooler Master PSU. I will overclock all of these components.

1- Will I need extra cooling inside the case?
2- With overclocking all of the components to their max. potential what FPS will I get in the games on full ultra:

---Tomb Raider 2013
---GTA V
---Assassin's Creed Black Flag, Unity and Syndicate
---Splinter Cell Blacklist
---Max Payne 3
---Sniper Elite 3
---Shadow of Mordor
---Watch Dogs
---Hitman Absolution
---Batman Arkham City, Origins and Arkham Knight
---Three last games of Call of Duty
---Battlefield 4
---Far Cry 4
---Alan Wake's American Nightmare
---Evil Within
---Witcher 3

I will buy a new Zalman Z12 PLUS

The case is a nice and big one. I can provide powerful cooling inside. The important point is whether I am able to achieve this, will I get 50 FPS on high-ultra settings in these games with max overclocking potential.

You mean I will get extra 10-15 FPS approx. depending on the game, is it?
