Overclocking videocards need help

Ive oc my cpu and am putting my 2 780 classifieds underwater soon and want to oc them as well what is the best way to do this can you do it in the bios as you do with a cpu or do you use software and if so whats a good one to use and whats a good one to test with

What about reflashing the bios is it worth it how do you do it and where do you get diffrent ones
