Overclocking volatge

Hey Guys
here the story im running stable at the moment on
3.2ghz @1.25v muti x16

my Motherboard is a GA-MA770-US3
and in the tweak options it says the following

System Voltage Control Automatic or manual


then below it says

Cpu Nb Vid Control
CPu Voltage Control =i think thats the one i need

in it it has this
(from the bottom up)

and so on
+0.200
+0.175
+0.150
+0.125
+0.100
+0.075
+0.050
+0.025
[NORMAL] 1.25v

Now the question is what should i go to up the voltage not to much and enough to try a little higher ? i dont rly know what to select some1 said try 1.4500v but i don't see that option any where?

please help

all i rly want 2 know is if i choose say +0.050 does that add onto the 1.25 making it 1.75?or or smthink
