So this is my first time thinking about OC'ing and I'm very confundated since my CPU cooler is be quiet! pure rock, and I couldn't find reviews on it.
Has anyone tried to OC with this cooler? Please tell me how it went so I know if I could try OC my i5 4690K abit.

The be quiet! pure rock is mentioned to be about the same if not a bit better than the Cooler Master 212 Evo.
So depending on your CPU, you will be able to OC it, but there`s no way to say to what extent.

If your CPU is a good overclocker, and you need a low voltage for the overclock, you will be safe.
But if you need a high voltage for the overclock, this will result in gigh temperatures. So try to overclock until you reach the limit of 1.250V and I wouldn`t recommend to push any further.

Also, if your temps go over 80-85 degrees C while benchmarking your OC, that`s the highest you want to go.

So go ahead and OC. This cooler is an entry-medium level and it will get the job done if you`re not into extreme overclocking.
