Overclocking with g3258

I want to to overclock the g3258 but every time i try to go to the the bios it wont let me nothing happens so can any of you tell me if it is the motherboards fault which is the msi h81m-e33 or the g3258s fault do i have to update anything or install any drivers

You need to be at bios level 65 for G3258 support.
CPU-Z will tell you what level you are at.

If you are saying you can't enter the bios at all, that may be a windows 10 issue.
It may not be completely shutting sown windows 10.
When you shut down, hold down the shift key while you click on shut down.
On startup, press del or f2 whichever your motherboard requires.
