Could i push the Intel Pentium G2358 to 4.2 Ghz using the stock Heat sink, I'm looking to build a budget System and was wondering if i overclock using the Stock heat sink without any thermal throttling.

The Hyperthreading and high stock clocks offered by the i3 will make it outperform even an overclocked Pentium G. The base i3 6100 is 3.7Ghz stock. And with the right board you can overclock the i3 as well via the BCLK.

Mind, for anyone reading, right now It's only possible with the following boards:
ASRock B150 Gaming Hyper K4
ASRock H170 Gaming Hyper K4

Usually, for people looking at the i3-6100, they're likely to not being able to spend 110+ dollars on a motherboard. However combining these boards with an i5-6400 is an absolute killer. Could've easily been my next build.
