That's one of the worst possible 45nm quads to get to 3.6GHz because the multiplier is so low, only 7.5. That would require a whopping 480MHz for FSB1920, which is often possible with duals but almost never with quads. And the G31 chipset is not known for high overclocking capabilities so you would most likely need a P45/G45 board.
In comparison, the X5470 would only require 360MHz or FSB1440 to reach 3.6GHz, and that's even lower than the X5472's stock FSB1600.
