Ok I have a few questions about this. My mobo (Asus A7N8X Deluxe) has unlocked the multiplier for me so there's no problem there.

I'm wanting to know, first of all, if I should, with the temp. readings I'm getting without O/Cing it. I don't think they're bad, but if they are high already, I don't think O/Cing it would be a good idea.

I ran 3DMark03 and my 'socket' (Motherboard Monitor's words. I'm assuming it's the CPU) reached a maximum temp of 41 degrees Celcius. It sits at 37 at times like now when it's not busy.

Also, I watched the video that was made on how to unlock XP CPU's and in it they modify a Voltage level. What is that about and what should it be set to? If anyone knows what it should be at for the different multiplier settings, that would be great.

Asus A7N8X-Deluxe V1.04
Athlon XP 2600+
Maxtor 7200rpm 80GB
WD 7200rpm 40GB
Radeon 9500 Pro
2 x 256 Kingston DDR RAM

those temps are fine - what cooler are you using actually, because they're quite low to tell you the truth..
overvolting the cpu will simply allow you to squeeze whatever juie is left out of it, though yu should only go up by 0.05V increments (above your stock voltage) once you've reached the overclocking ceiling with a low multiplyer and high fsb (thats the trick, bring your multiplyer lower than stock, and up your FSB)
