overclocking z97 G3 gigabyte

Hi guys.

I just bought a new system with the following spec and I wanted to go ahead and overclock it.

I currently do not have a cooling system installed and its just the basic fans and stock.

Should I use the easy tune to overclock the processor or do it through the bios and if the bios what settings should I modify.
which software to overclock the gpu and to how much
which software to overclock the memory and how much and how

Corsair 230 T casing
CPU Intel Core i7-4790K BOX (4GHz, LGA1150, VGA)
gtx 980 TI gigabyte- Yes I was lucky to get hold of it as it was running short in the market- another one is on the way after 2 weeks 😀
DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Pro Red 16GB (8x2GB) 2400MHz CL11 1.65V
gigabyte z97 gaming 3 mother board
PSU Corsair CX 750W, Modular, 80 Plus Bronze, 120mm fan

You should not overclock with stock cooling. This is especially true with your 4790K since Devil's Canyon runs hot.

You also have a terrible power supply.

Well the power supply was good enough for one GPU as I have the PSU Corsair Professional AX1500i 1500W, 80 PLUS Titanium, 140mm on the way with the other Ti.
