Overclocling on i5 7600k

Im buying an Asus TUF Z270 MARK 2 and i5 7600k, im going to cool this processor with a Deepcool Maelstorm 240-t, how much will i be able to overclock with this config? also, if you can give me any advice on the overclocking since this is my first time doing something like this would be really helpful.

it will dependon how good the cooler is and how good your motherboard is at overclocking

That'd be the question, how good is the cooler and the motherboard (at OC)? if they're both good how much will i be able to overclock?
I want a second opinion.
