Overcloking amd athlon 64 x2

i am a bit of a newbie overclocker and this is my first AMD overclock, im sooooooooo confused i have been reading and reading non stop for the past 2 weeks and i still have no idea where to start! does anyone know of a good step by step guide for athlon 64 x2 overclocking?

oh and also im having some problems with cpuz reading.
my dram frequency is 200mhz
but i have 2gb of ddr2 800mhz?
