I have pentium 3 667, with mobo dfi p2xbl rev. DA+.
I can overclok to 150 x 5.
But when i am trying to increase multiplier, it is locked.
I read on thom's hardware guide on the 150 MHz Project 1, the p3 667 is one of cpu that the multiplier can be changed.

Is there anyone have suggestion for me?

All PIII's are multiplier locked. You stated your motherboard could go to 150MHZ FSB. The 667 is locked at a multiplier of 5 (5x133). The 650E is locked at 6.5 (6.5x100). If you overclock the 650 to 150FSB, you get 975 (6.5x150=975). Tom did this a while back. The voltage necessary to do this can be anywhere from 1.80 to 2.05v depending on the quality of the processor.
