is it 65 celsius to hot for amd fx 4100 i was playing football manager 2013 when my cpu reached 65c my pc shuts down and blue light blinking i need your help

I believe that for the AMD APUS, their temperture should not go above 60

Remove your CPU cooler and reapply thermal paste.
