hello. I have HD XFX 7970. When temperature reaches 70+ my screen turns yellowish, it has like yellow tone. Is my GPU dying? ( I have it only for week, I bought it used) Also one fan is little bit shaking just a little

It could be. This isn't the typical way it happens, but your GPU may not be stable at its default clock speeds before. It may also have been damaged from an overclock. You might try something like MSI Afterburner to underclock the GPU a little. Just a little. Undervolt it a little too. That might fix it for the time being. As a used card, you won't have any warranty so this may be hard to fix.

can it be drivers problem? 1 guy told me thats the drivers problem. While installing AMD setup said that while installation not all components were installed properly

Well it is worth trying, but you would typically expect a driver issue to pop up as soon as you start a game, or in numerous situations, and it usually would result in crashing. You wouldn't expect to see the colors to turn yellow when the card gets too hot.

Still, it doesn't take but maybe 10 minutes to uninstall and install another driver, so it is worth trying.
