Ok i just got the gygabyte version of the 390.
All nice and dandy until I go to msi afterburner and look at the temps.
I know amd graphics are hot as f*** but i read some reviews and it looked like this was the expection to the rule.
But 92ºC is a little bit much isn't it.
Im using msi afterburner to create a fan curve that starts at 40ºC at 45% and it's basicly a straight line from there.
Do I need to buy a new case, if so please suggest me the cheapest alternative with the most airflow

Solution
A test would be to run it with the side off, if the temps drop you can safely assume it's an airflow issue. Do the side off test first before you order, how close is the GPU to the base?

Well I'm using my pc case that came with a pre-built.
The air of the graphics card is going against the bottom plate which has no vents. So I think the air is being pulled against the back of the case.
I have only 1 fan and it's on the back, so no intake.

Ok I've been searching for a new case and, to my disapointment, my local retailer has little to choose from. My choises were the Cooler Master Elite 430 and the K380.
Can you say which is best??
Feel free to choose any case from this link(My local retailer)

Solution

It's very close almost no space

I did but the results werent big.
It only got down to 90ºC

No space = no air flow :)

You need better Case for sure :)

Both mentioned by you Cooler master Cases will Solve your temps problems :)
You sure your GPU is not full of dust ?

Yes, it's brand new
