Whilst playing Black Ops 3 with my friend, my graphics card 'stopped responding' (crashed), restarted my monitor and then continued to work. At that time, the graphics card's fans were spinning crazy fast, I knew that the GPU was getting hot.

I tried a stress test on FurMark and after 15 minutes, the GPU had reached a max temperature of 88 degrees! I'm quite scared that I might burn out the die/silicon/whatever is powering it.

The CPU, when stress tested, reaches 58 degrees so the CPU isn't a problem.

The PC itself is in quite a cramped space, but I'm not too convinced that putting it somewhere else will drastically reduce temps. Any ideas? Thanks for your time.
