Its a fairly new PC, built back in 2015. I remember the max temp i used to get on 100% load was CPU at 70c and GPU at 67c.

So just ran Prime 95 along with Fur mark and got these temps. They have increased a lot more now but why?

Are these really dangerous for my pc. I dont have much money now, so what can i do to cool it. I do have some Arctic silver 5 lying around. should i use that on the stock cooler and GPU?

Here's a pic of my cabinet, if it matters:

with the amd gpu boot into safe mode..remove the older amd gpu drivers put the newest ones in. there been known amd bugs that wont let the fan max out.
with msi after burner and new drivers make sure the gpu fan is maxing out under load.
for the cpu temp with the pc off check the cpu pins make sure there all the way in and the cooler cant move. if it is moving or the pins are not locked in. i would replace the cooler with one with a back plate like h7 unit if it fit in your case. with a small case like yours you may need htpc size cooler. dont forget prime 95 will load a cpu over temp higher then a game will. it wont let a cpu clock down as all 4 cores running at 100 percent. in real world with games your cpu core going to bounce in usage.

I have already tried uninstalled the AMD drivers using DDU and reinstalled the latest ones. These temps are with the GPU's fans at 100%. Well while playing BO3 or BF4 my CPU is stable at 70-75c and the GPU stays at 76c.
Will reapplying thermal past do the trick or i have to buy a new CPU cooler?

EDIT; I have a corsair Spec 02

Ambient temps are at 27c
I have 2 fans as exhaust on the top and two as intake on the front.
I dont think dust is a problem in my case

That's a little too much heat. Did you do a full clean up recently? You can try cleaning the dust off the heatsinks and reseating the GPU. If even that doesn't help, you can try applying the thermal paste.

the stock intel cooler not bad for light gaming. myself i would swap it out for a cooler that has a back plate and more thermal cooling area. if you get the cpu to run cooler you may find that the gpu cooler temp drops too as there be less heat in the case.

One thing though, if i run just prime 95 my cpu goes to 75-80c, but as soon as i run Furmark it jumps to 90c
is this normal?
