Overheating, lagging and restarting

my pc was working perfectly for 1 year and a half, then it became slower and slower, even if i was changing the windows frequently. but now i have around 20fps even on browsers after i use it for 30 mins, and if i try to play something on it.....5 minutes is the record without restarting. please help if possible. thanks a lot

When was the last time you aired out the system(dust)? Anything consuming lot's of CPU/Mem/HD/GPU(Task Manager)? Have you monitored the temps? There's a good free app you can use here: http://openhardwaremonitor.org/

i clean the dust often and still does the same thing...it overheats sometimes but it lags even without the overheat
