overheating laptop intel

hey, I got an asus UX360UAK, and I got some overheating issues with it. And naturally, when it overheats, the performance starts to drop! So do you know any kinds of solution to alteast decrease the temprature of the CPU? And its on even surface, temprature gets upto 68C when working, and at that temp it starts to drop its performance. Thanks for the help!

I know using a laptop riser, which creates more of an airspace along the bottom can help. But outside that there's not a whole lot you can do without opening up the laptop and either replacing the thermal compound with high quality stuff, or the best solution to liquid metal the cooler.

I appriciate your solution! But unfortunately I cant risk too much to open the laptop's cover up and change some stuff, but I will try creating more airspace from bottom. Thanks for the solution!
