I bought my hp computer 2 years ago for school and casual gaming.

Recently I've been having problems with lag spikes in the game (WoW). I did some research and downloaded a temperature monitor to see if my GPU or CPU was overheating. I opened up the case cleaned the fans, the heatsink, and re-applied thermal paste. I'm still having the same problem. My graphics card is a

NVIDIA GeForce 9100 Integrated graphics card. When doing nothing it runs at 99 Celsius. When it hits about 127 my lag spikes starts.

I'm not sure what to do here so any advice would be much appreciated.

most integrated gpus will have either passive cooling or no cooling to really speak of. to play wow you can likely find a cheap graphics card and disable onboard graphics for around 50-100 bucks. if you don't wanna go that route I'd reccomend getting a case fan or two and see if added ventilation helps
