Question Overheating system under load

Jul 30, 2019
So I've been having this issue with my computer. It seems to get quite hot under load. So I stress tested the cpu and gpu In AIDA64 and these were the temps after 20 minutes:

CPU temp: 92 degrees celcius
GPU temp: 80 degrees celcius

These are my computer specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Cooler: The stock cooler coming with this processor (AMD Wraith Stealth Cooler)
GPU: Gigabyte Aorus RX 580 8gb
Power supply: EVGA 500 watt white edition
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450M-A
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz
SSD: Crucial MX-500 1TB
Case: Sharkoon Vg5-w (Blue edition)
Fans inside the case: The stock Sharkoon fans that came with the case. 2 front intake fans and 1 exhaust fan at the back.

I cleaned the computer last Thursday, but it seems to still get this hot even when it got dusted out. One thing I did notice is that when I only stress test the CPU or only stress test the GPU that the CPU doesn't reach the 90 degrees at all.

Any ideas as to how get those tempratures down?
