My pc starts up just fine but after a few seconds it shuts down randomly witbout any warning. After this kept occuring and not letting me do anything with my computer, I waited a little then booted and went into bios. While in the bios, I noticed my cpu temp rising in temperature very fast(it usually runs at 30c but was now heading right past that) I watched it go up and right when it reached 60c the pc shut down.

While booting I heard some kind of weird noise coming from the aios tubing(kind if like a fish tank)

I did some looking around inside the case and checked that all the fans were running(which they were) Im stopping until I get an answer to avoid possible damage to component's.
