Could anyone please explain what are those VR T1 and T2 readings?

I'm really worried about its heat output readings.

Rig specs are available on my signature, kindly look at it. I'm currently, as of this writing, doing stability testing at 4.4ghz @ 1.4volts for 2 hours, so far stable (I've finished the first hour separately)

Thanks to anyone who can address my concern.

Could you elaborate your answer a bit more? Around what same temps? Min or max? And like I stated, I'm not sure whether or not those readings are my VRM/Mosfet readings. So are they, my VRM readings? If so, how so?

Thanks,

Well I'm not sure, but I think VR T means voltage regulator temperature, which is indeed your VRMs.

What I mean is, enter BIOS, and if it's shown in there, compare that temperature to the one you get in Windows. In windows you get 55 minimum. So if in BIOS it's say 30, you know your readings are incorrect. But if it's around 55 also, you definitely have a high VRM temperature.
