hi, i have a lowprofile sapphire rx 550 4gb oc i havent overclocked it or anything ive applied new noctua thermal paste to the gpu 2times it still reaches 70degrees celsius and the gpu fan reaches 4000rpm from 1080p low valorant what should i do? i was thinking of mounting an intake fan to the gpu cutout on the inside of my case but idk.

Solution
Your gpu does have a cooler attached.
The problem is your case with only a 80mm front intake.
You can replace that front intake with a higher rpm 80mm intake fan at the cost of more noise from the fan.
Noctua makes good ones like this:

Really, a new case is in order, but some oem makers do not use standard format motherboards .

RX graphics cards are power hungry, perhaps a better option might have been a GT1030, but that is water under the dam.

Your temperatures are fine for a graphics card, you need do nothing about that.

What is your budget??

Start first with your case.
What is the make/model of your current dell pc?
Knowing that, we can determine if it is possible to reuse the case.
What dimensions are possible for your case?
The case you listed is a small ITX case with airflow that is probably no better than what you have now.

Then, the motherboard is a m-atx size which will not fit in the case.

The i3-8100 is not supported by the H110 based motherboard.

Nothing wrong with a sfx power supply, but 300w may be insufficient for a RX550 system:
http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
and, it may not fit in a case that uses a ATX power supply.

I do not read your language, so I am unable to find a set of more appropriate products for you.

my current case is a dell optiplex 7010 desktop it uses a weird 3pin powerswitch and weird front i/o cables but i think if i just replace my powerbutton i should be fine to replace my current internals with standard i think i have a larger matx mobo its 25cmx25cm it uses a tfx psu and there is 1 weird thing about my pc, my gpu doesnt go above 35w tdp while gaming i think either trash mobo or trash psu or both.
