Overlapping paper feed Dell 1720 Printer

3rd sheet overlaps 2nd while printing 2nd page with Dell 1720 Printer.

separator pad is bad. Its has Samsung guts, but you have to get the part of dell.

Where is the separator pad located in the Dell 1720? I know where it is in most HP's but not Dell or Samsung.

Still don't even know if there is a separator pad in a Dell 1720 printer. I can't find it. And I don't think there is any Samsung printer that resembles his Dell. It does resemble a Lexmark E350 though. Can somebody tell me where the separator pad is?
