Overload GPU! Help me!

Actually when I play my game, It doesn't overload (about 60% GPU) But now 90% or sometimes 100% that makes my game have black screen and Windows said that my GPU card is crashed and recovered. I never have problem like this bf. Help ME! (My highest temp is 59C)
