overlocked my i5 2500 to 4.5 - results advice

Hello,

I've overlocked my i5-2500k to 4.5

vcore 1.320-1.328 (CPU-Z) load 100% with OCCT
sometimes 1.336

Offset Mode: +0,020 V

What do you think about that results? I dont know what to think about that.

What temps are you getting with that OC?

70c while 100% usage in OCCT tests

30-31 idle

under offset +0,020v is unstable (system freeze)

Not high really if we keep in mind that at normal use you do not see those temps.
