Overlocking PC for pro gaming

hi guys i am from poland i have 19 years old and i want to overlock my pc for having a better FPS in counter strike global offensive, my actualy rank is supreme and i have a lot of ambition about esport. I came on this site cause i saw there is few post about overlocking my processor so i decided to make post here in hope, you will able to help me with your experience.
Actually on my PC I have drops from 190 to 120 and i want to have more than 200 fps cause i know my pc can do this but i dont know how, can you help me with your, cause i really dont know a lot but only a little bit of those things.
I dont know how to operate on my motherboard BIOS for overlock my proccesor i tried some thing but without results, and how to overlock my graphic card....

Only one thing i done good is actualization of my BIOS

Graphic card: Gainward GeForce GTX 950
Proccesor: AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core
Motherboard:Gigabyte F2A88XM-DS2
Ram: 8,00 GB
HDD: 500 GB
Power: Aerocool PGS VS-500 500W

Before you think about overclocking, you need to get a better quality power supply, tier 1 or 2 only. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

You will also need an aftermarket cooler, like the Cryorig H7.

Thank you for respond so i cant do anything without a new cooler and power supply ?

I would not. Power supply quality should never be compromised on. It is literally the most important part of your system. The stock cooler is barely enough for stock speeds, and isn't suitable for overclocking.

ok, thank you then, but can somebody tell me how to overlock in the bios my procesor and graphic card ? i will save this topic in notepad so when i buy new components i would know what to do
