I have a Samsung 128 GiB 850 Pro I bought to backup my RAM disk, hold a persistent Readyboost cache, TMP and TEMP directories as well as a 2 GiB pagefile. Since that's all that's on this SSD I'm thinking I"ll max out the overprovisioning allowed by Samsung's Magician software to 50%. Does the amount of overprovisioning directly/noticeably affect the lifespan of an SSD?
