Hello, good day to all.

I have installed MotionInJoy drivers for windows 7 yesterday alongside with a new mouse (A4TECH OP-600D). The software works as I tried to run it but the mouse seemed to be not working anymore. Lights underneath were on but I cannot move the pointer or click anything. I have read numerous suggestions all over the internet but I cannot fix this anymore. What I have tried are:

1. Remove driver option from the program DS3Tool
2. Uninstalled via control panel then followed up by uninstallation of the windows class blah blah entry on the device manager and ticked uninstall driver software too
3. Removed the driver from /Windows/system32/driver/ and scan for hardware changes in device manager
4. Do the necessary steps in safe mode
5. Unplug and plug the mouse

I am really frustrated since the mouse is literally not even a day old. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Uninstall all the mouse software, plug in the mouse and it will work with the plug and play from Windows.

You do not need that software.

There should be a system restore option in Windows you could access using the keyboard. Go back to before you installed the mouse.

Hello, thank you for the reply.

I have uninstalled the mouse drivers and windows automatically installed them. Still, the mouse wont work.

What I have failed to tell you is that the motioninjoy also broke my other mouse. However, when I plugged it in today, it is now working. This is really a very strange problem.

Just in case you dont know what motioninjoy is, it is not a mouse software. It is used to play PS3 controller into the PC for applicable games. So, I did not, nor ever used any software in the process. About system restore, there is no restore point available. I seem to be stuck eh?

Is there no generic driver for that controller?
