Question Override or Offset

Hello,I want to oc my ryzen 2400g but there is 2 options is the bios override(override voltage) or Offset ( offset mark and cpu core voltage) which one to choose?
Specs
Msi b350 gaming plus
G.skill trident z 3000mhz cl16 (overclocked)
Coolermaster mwe 500w
Ryzen 2400g (Stock cooler)

for initial Overclocking i use static/override voltage then i switch to either adpative or offset. for cpu stability testing adaptave(offset?) can apply dangerous voltages much higher then set. for anything other than extreme stress testing even when the cpu is at 100% adaptive offset or override are all fine.
