Overvoltage on USB device

Just installed new mobo and cpu and I get an overcurrent detected on USB device. Powering down in 15 seconds to protect main board. I have nothing plugged in at this point to USB. Help what could this be. It's a msi z270 m7
 


I disconnected all USB headers as well. I also tried to start it outside the case with nothing plugged in to any USB header. Still same warning

 

Then it a motherboard fault try to look at the usb port and see if their dust or any bent pins because their no much you can do I asume you just bought it just return it to the place you bought it from and exchange it.
