soo recently i was overclocking many of my components and also overclocked my ram voltage my ram usually runs at @1600mhz with 1.500v but i changed the voltage to 1.550v then i exited my BIOS but my system failed to boot up .. after few tries it took me back to the bios menu again to change the options where i changed it back to 1.500v now it booted up and seems to be working fine but i wanna know did i do any damage to my RAM accidently ? how do i check it ?

Solution

Then you should be still in safe zone. Its quite hard to damage the ram.
it may fail but after cmos reset its fine. Try to leave OS for 24h online, if it will not crash then its all fine.
