Overwatch 100 fps low settings gtx 1080

I reinstalled drivers still barely able to get 100. This happened somewhat recently and has been working previously. Specs
ryzen 5 1600
gtx 1080
2 ddr4 3000
msi 350
Corsair TXM Gold 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Any ideas? new to computers, btw gpu stays at 58 whille cpu is at 45 while hitting 100 fps

While I don't know what causes it, I've had the same issue of suddenly getting low fps only on overwatch, and I also own ryzen build with an MSI motherboard.

fix- was update latest bio for motherborard
