Overwatch Computer Build (Help)

I currently have a laptop and I'm lacking the graphics processing capabilities to play the game on a good quality while having a steady frame rate I'd appreciate it if someone could make me a budget build (around $500) to play overwatch the game is optimized extremely well so it shouldn't be very hard.
