Overwatch FPS slowly drops

Ok so when I first start playing I’m getting around 280fps and around 550mb vrm then my gpu and cpu usage start dropping and the vrm goes up to like 700mb and FPS gets down to like 140 ish

Gtx 1080
Ryzen 5 1600
16gb ram 2400
1440p monitor

Feels like memory leak, would mean
1. restarting game -> back to 280 FPS
if thermals are in safe zone.
might be also problem with heat check temps inside while gaming

Yes every time I restart game it goes back to normal only to start the process all over. Also this is only in overwatch and temps are usually are 60c and 50c for cpu. And also if memory leak is there any fix or would have to buy a whole new gpu?
