overwatch on 4k

Hi so I have a UHD LG monitor and I wanted to play this overwatch game on 4k display... but some how I went into the setting, it only could get 1920x1080 (60). so I was wondering how could I get my computer to play as 3840 x 2160
I got gtx 980 with i7 6th gen and 16gb ram, so I believe i have the all the specs that I need to run 4k overwatch.
I looked at the setting bar and 3840 x 2160 does not exist at all.

Try changing it to 4k in the Nvidia Geforce experience app

make sure your monitor is actually 4k, and you are using the right cable for 4k ( not all connection types can handle it )
