It'll run it fine.

I'd recommend a 120gb ssd to put the os on at least. But not required.

Samsung never let you down with SSDs so yeah.
It will be more than enough to store Overwatch which will be the main game I'm playing, and windows 10

You're not going to want to "upgrade" to a GTX1060 later if you buy a 480 now. They're too similar.
