The short reveals Reinhardt to be a horrible person.

*Dozens of his fellow soldiers die* - Ahh, they're fine.
*mentors dying words to help fellow soldiers* - Ok, I'll help them now.

People call that character development, but the video makes Reinhardt's primary motivation his master's dying wish rather than actual concern for his comrades....fail imho.

All the other shorts made me like the character more...this one made me kinda hate Reinhardt.

"Moira is the fifth healer in the game (Symmetra, another support hero, doesn't heal allies), and her addition should be welcomed by those burnt out on DPS heroes like Doomfist. Healing is a big part of Overwatch, but healers make up a small portion of its roster."

No love for the engineer archtype still.

I don't think it makes Reinhardt look like a bad person. He may have initially joined Overwatch because of his master's wish, but that doesn't mean that he hasn't changed over time. It's really important that he gives away his hammer to his master as it signifies his resolution to simply be the shield of his team. I thought this was very touching.
