Hi,
I have odd problem that is related to Overwatch. The game works fine, but in some situations my fps drops ~10 when i enter combat in the game. Meaning someone shoots me or i see someone near by. The fps drops so fast that it makes my game twitch for 0.5 second and i'm unable to do anything in game. Once this fps drops happens, it will keep happening everytime i go in combat.
I've tried to monitor what happens during those twitches, only weird thing for my eye that i have noticed is that my GPU Power Usage changes lots of while in game and sometimes the fps drops and twitches happen when the GPU POWER % changes.

Windows 10
I've tried to clean install windows, changing nvidia settings, reinstalling nvidia drivers with DDU. I've changed Windows power options. I've tried almost everything i can think about
