Oxidated Cooler can cause FPS dop?

Solution
I it's just a little oxidised, either way i used memtest and 0 problemas with ram also use prime95 for 24h and got no problems. If a Bios version is not compatible with the CPU may that causa fps drops?.

If i play games like ps2 emu or dragon ball xenoversei there is almost no fps drops
only notice on dragon ball xenovers, Also Resident Evil Remake HD i have no FPS drops.

If i try to play Watch Dogs doesn't matter the resolution i make it has FPS drops like hell same if i try to play BF4, i tried to play Farcry 4 it was almost impossible.

My computer has the requirements to run at the recomended settings.

I could to the bios upgrade but i am seriously scared that it might brake my Bios.

there is some confusian in this website i don't know either this supports or not:

My CPU is AMD FX 8350 Black Edition Boxed and my Motherboard is an Asrock 970 Extreme 4
IF you check the download section it is saying that the bios version already supports my CPU but if you check the CPU suport list and look at the box that says "Since Bios" it displays the bios version of 2.60 i the mobo came with the 2.30 version.

Also i heard that my mobo the Asrock 970 Extreme 4 has QRC issues.

What are QRC issues?

Only if you unplug your computer or the power goes out during the flash. Even then most boards will be able to recover anyway. This isn't 2002.

The problem that your board has is that it has a weak voltage regulator system. They are known to throttle to save the overheating vrm's. This causes the cpu multi to nosedive.
