I shutdown my pc and selected the update windows 10 option. And upon doing so my pc installed said update and shutdown relatively fast. When i was sure my pc was dead i tried to rekindle the flame i was greated by this beast:

I have pressed f8 and held shift restarting multiple times to no avail. If there's not a simple fix could i get a link to how to manually put windows on a brick for a pc.
