Hi guys, Id like to have some advice.

Current build:
Zalman zw600watt
Asus p5w dh deluxe mobo
E6600 duo core 2.4ghz
GTX550TI
4 GB ram

Id like to play BF3 and other end games
@ 1920x1080 50-60fps on high settings.

Now I play 1920x1080 having 15-25 fps on high settings. =[

My budget to upgrade my p.c is with a maximum of 450 euro's. I know It's not much, thats why I need your advice and knowledge.

Thanks in advance, and best regards.

Well, you have an aging system. Both gpu and cpu could use a boost. But for your budget you probably can't do both. I'd start with a GTX 670 or HD 7950 and then save for a motherboard/cpu later.

Yes, your cpu will bottleneck your gpu if you take my advice. But either way you go, gpu or cpu/motherboard, you will be bottlenecked in some way. It will still be a great improvement over what you have. You could overclock that cpu some.

You could buy a cheaper gpu and then have to upgrade when you upgrade the other parts. It's your choice.

I agree with the op that dual core might bottleneck a fast card. I think maybe upgrade processor and board now then part out your old motherboard and CPU, maybe see how much your card would sell for, and you may have enough to get a newer video card also

You can definitely upgrade graphics first, I just know when I had my AMD dual core, my dual core was 2.8 ghz, and I had upgraded to a GTS 450 from a 9600gt at that time, and in games like Battlefield Bad Company 2 my processor was bottlenecking the GTS 450 even. Thankfully my board could take an Athlon quad core, so I upgraded to that, and things smoothed out. I'm just thinking if the op puts a high end card in with that dual core that he may get a bit of lag and stuttering(bottlenecking), depending what games he plays.

True, as I said the card I suggested will bottleneck a little until he upgrades his cpu/motherboard later. I'm just staying in his budget now. He can save for the other stuff later.... i just like to get the best I can afford now and upgrade as soon as I can...

I'm pretty certain the 6300 would be compatible. I've used that board with the FX 6100 bullozer I'm certain(I do a lot of builds), but no issues. I do recommend if you go that route, get a better board though so you can overclock. My FX 8120 I got at Christmas time is quite happy at 4ghz. Keep in mind I'm using a Cooler Master V6 GT to cool it though.

Not that the board you picked is bad, but if you want to overclock, that board does not have as good of power phasing, I'd be afraid to push an FX too far with it. The board I have is the Gigabyte 970a-ud3, not a high end board, but 8+2 power phasing and lets you do crossfire. Maybe upgrade the board and go to a 7850 for your video card, I've got one paired with my 8120 and it's a good setup overall.
