Hi, my case came with these connections but my motherboard doesn't seem to have them it's a MSI X570 Pro, can anyone help me out? It would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at page 6 of your MANUAL. Those go to pins 2 and 4 (power LED + - ) respectively.
