P35-DS3R + Tuniq tower 120

Im interesting in purchasing the ds3r and pairing it with a TT 120. Will there be any fitting problems using the tuniq tower 120 on the DS3 ??

I have both and its fine... although it gets a bit tight in my case (centurion 534) when u add in the power supply.
