P35 VS. P43 - At O.C

I'd like to know who's better.
A test which proves if it's right/false will be helpfull.

P35. Never had problems o/cing. No experience with P43.

Intel offers a more mainstream version of the P45, known as the P43. The difference is that the DDR3 motherboards based on the P43 only officially support DDR3-1066, while the P45 supports DDR3-1333. The P43 board also won't support multi-GPU configurations, while the P45 can support 1 x16 or 2 x8 reconfigurable slots for graphics.

And at OC? I heard that some of the motherboards have corruptions in their BIOS which makes it hard to do OC. Is this true?

you can update your BIOS anytime, as i did with my P5K-VM to get better OC potential
