hi
PLz check this page on intel site...http://processorfinder.intel.com/scripts/list.asp?ProcFam=483&PkgType=ALL&SysBusSpd=ALL&CorSpd=ALL
here u will find intel spec numbers from whch u can find out ur CPU's Stepping lik C0/D0/E0
the latest cpus have E0 as ther stepping and accordint to this article in THG...http://www6.tomshardware.com/cpu/20041115/pentium4_570-07.html
its important to select the right "stepped" CPU.The 3.8GHz 570 has E0 stepping.
But my problem is wht do earlier steppings stand for..wht do they mean..and ascending ones always better(E0 better than D0)?
Thnks,
gtrasi
